Joe Kelliher - Chairman
Joe founded Kerry London in 1986 to offer complete insurance protection to those involved in construction and associated industries. In 1987 he established Kerry London Financial Services to provide his clients with unbiased financial solutions.
Under his stewardship as Managing Director, the business has expanded substantially from those early days, both through organic growth and by the carefully selected acquisition of good-quality businesses.
In 2005, Joe took the appointment of Chairman of Kerry London Ltd and Kerry London Group Ltd. A respected and charismatic industry figure, he also sits on the retail council of AXA and Allianz Insurance companies.
Damian Kissane - Group CEO
Damian was appointed Group CEO in 2008 having previously held the position of Non Executive Director.
Damian has held a number of influential management roles in the insurance, risk management and financial sectors, including Vice President, Capital Markets and Treasury for Bank of America; Director and Head of European Derivatives Marketing for International Mitsubishi Finance International plc; and heading the fixed income division of UBS Phillips and Drew Limited.
In 1997 he became Chief Operating Officer for OTC Derivatives, Deutsche Bank - Global markets. This was followed by a number of senior roles within Royal Bank of Scotland, including Managing Director, Investor Solutions, Global Banking and Markets, Treasurer, Wealth Management Division and Chairman of the RBS Asset Management Group of Companies.
He has written a number of influential publications, including: Risk Management and Analysis, contributor, July 1996/97; Swaps, contributor, 1994; Derivatives in Investment Management, contributor, 1993; Risk Management with Derivatives, contributor, 1992; Global Swaps Markets, contributor, 1991; Interest Rate Risk Management, Editor, 1987.
Roger Donegan – Non-Executive Director
Roger worked in Banking and Finance for forty years and is also non-executive director of Barhale Construction plc and acts as advisor to various corporate entities with a weighting towards the construction sector
Finbarr Kelly - Managing Director, Kerry London Financial Services Ltd
Finbarr joined Kerry London Financial Services Ltd as Managing Director in 1989 following a successful career first in retail banking and then with Legal & General as a Life and Pensions consultant.
He is a director of Kerry London Ltd and has a non-executive role across all other companies in the Group. Professionally, Finbarr holds a Certificate in Insurance, a Certificate in Financial Planning as well as a Certificate in Equity Release and Mortgage Advice all from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Mike Coulbert - Managing Director, Kerry London Ltd
Mike has nearly thirty years' experience dealing with Construction and Commercial Insurances for a wide variety of clients. He joined Kerry London in 1988 after spending the first nine years of his career with Alexander Stenhouse where he divided his time between account handling and City broking.
Mike was promoted to the board in 1996 with the role of Technical Director, responsible for major client relationships, particularly those in construction. He was appointed MD of Kerry London Ltd in 2005.
Mike has represented Kerry London Limited on the Group Committee of Managing Directors since the creation of the Kerry London Group in 2008.
Paul Greenwood - Managing Director, Trade Direct
Paul joined Trade Direct in 2009 as Managing Director. Before joining Kerry London Group, Paul had spent over 30 years with Eagle Star and then Zurich Group rising to Director looking after Branches in the City, Sutton, Bristol and Belfast and having national responsibility for Zurich’s SME business.
During his time at Zurich Paul took responsibility for the Commercial Claims Team for a year and was also responsible for delivering Zurich’s Construction proposition to the market.
Paul brings a wealth of experience from the Company market which he is utilising for the benefit of Kerry London Group and specifically Trade Direct.
